Michael Tramonte:

Going to the Superbowl in 2001 in New Orleans on behalf of WBCN to see the Patriots win their first Superbowl against the Rams. Tony Berardini sent "Megaphone" Matt Segein and myself down there to execute some promotions and the drive the WBCN Durango around to show our presence down there. We also went a step further and created several slogans and put them on posterboard and got them onto a bunch of local Boston sportscasts in the week prior to the Superbowl. Phrases like "Brady's Mom Makes Better Chunky Soup" (my personal favorite), "Bring on the Yankees" and "To All Those Who Disrespect, We Will Crush You." Aside from the Superbowl game itself, a secondary highlight would be Megaphone Matt shaving before heading down to Bourbon Street, a couple of days before the game, in case he happens to see Tom Brady. Ha! Then, later, we actually do see Tom Brady on Bourbon Street and Megaphone Matt starts jumping up and down screaming, "Oh my God, it's Tom Brady! Oh my God, it's Tom Brady!" then starts snapping pictures of him while stumbling backwards down the street. Tom, in his leather jacket and jeans, just smiled and laughed. It was priceless!
